$STIM, $2.825. According to PennyGems App stock analysis neuronetics has a concrete operating story behind the attention on STIM. Its November 4, 2026 results show growing sales and a move into positive adjusted EBITDA. That is a plausible catalyst for renewed interest, although the release alone cannot establish why every buyer traded.

The user-supplied PennyGems App screenshot shows STIM at $2.96, with a displayed gain of 30.97%. These are captured app figures, not a live quote or confirmed closing price.

What changed

Third-quarter revenue reached $42.0 million, up 12.5% year over year. Greenbrook revenue grew 20.1% to $26.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA was positive $1.9 million, compared with a $4.7 million loss a year earlier. The combination gives investors evidence of improved scale and cost control.

What still needs proving

Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure, not net profit. Neuronetics still recorded a $1.6 million net loss. Cash from operating and investing activities was positive $0.8 million for the quarter, but one quarter does not establish a durable funding position.

The next test is whether clinic growth and operating discipline can persist across subsequent quarters. A sharp share-price advance can also price in progress before that durability is demonstrated.
